 Welcome

 Enterprise & solution architecture

TAKINA was founded to assist companies in the analysis, development, implementation and maintenance of reliable and qualitative IT solutions in accordance with the relevant business processes, roles and responsibilities. We do this, among other things, by identifying the business needs of an organization and drawing up a plan of approach how IT can support these needs by using software, hardware or infrastructure.

The purpose of Enterprise architecture (EA) is to optimize across the enterprise the often fragmented legacy of processes (both manual and automated) into an integrated environment that is responsive to change and supportive of the delivery of the business strategy.

Today’s CEOs know that the effective management and exploitation of information through IT is a key factor to business success, and an indispensable means to achieving competitive advantage. An enterprise architecture addresses this need, by providing a strategic context for the evolution of the IT system in response to the constantly changing needs of the business environment. Furthermore, a good enterprise architecture enables you to achieve the right balance between IT efficiency and business innovation.

Solution architecture focusses more on the operational / project level, constantly taking the target enterprise architecture into account, pragmatically balancing between business and IT requirements, project scope, timing and budget constraints, the strengths and weaknesses of the different options in order to agree together on the solution architecture delivered by the project.
